This vest is made to order and it may take a few days to ship. This vest's back panel is seamless and wide enough for most patches. There are two inside pockets. The pocket on the left is a 6" x 8" gun pocket with hidden gun barrel pouch. The pocket on the right is a leather trimmed pocket.
