To maintain the sharpness of the carbon steel blade, we recommend using a diamond wet stone for re-sharpening. After use, clean the knife with soap and water, ensuring it is thoroughly dried to prevent corrosion. Applying a thin coat of olive oil to the blade before storage further protects it from rust and corrosion. The knife comes with a premium cowhide sheath, featuring a slot for the included Fire Starter rod. The sheath is designed for versatile carry options, including Right Hand Scout, Left Hand Cross Draw, and right-hand dangler configurations.
