- Reheating Instructions:
Oven:
- Remove brisket from packaging and place on a baking tray.
- Add a few pads of butter on top for extra moisture (optional).
- Reheat in the oven at 225°F for approximately 75 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Stovetop:
- Bring a large pot of water to a simmer.
- Place the sealed brisket in the water, lowering the temperature to 165°F.
- Simmer for about 75 minutes until the desired internal temperature is reached.
Immersion Circulator:
- Set circulator to 185°F, then lower the temperature to 165°F.
- Place the sealed brisket in the water bath and reheat for about 75 minutes until it reaches the desired internal temperature.

- Stovetop: Heat sausages in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat until internal temperature reaches 165°F and the casing is crispy.
